1. Booking Policy
- 1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- 2. A valid government-issued ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
- 3. The primary guest must be 18 years or older.
- 4. Rates may vary based on season, occupancy, events, and promotional offers.
- 5. Taxes are applicable as per government norms.
- 6. Special requests (early check-in, late check-out, room preference) are subject to availability
and may incur additional charges.
2. Payment Policy
- 1. Reservations may require full or partial advance payment depending on the rate plan.
- 2. For prepaid bookings, the payment must be made through the website, bank transfer, or
authorised partners.
- 3. For pay-at-hotel bookings, Voyager Hotels may charge a pre-authorization amount on your
card to confirm the booking.
- 4. All payments must be settled at the time of check-in unless mentioned otherwise.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Occupancy Policy
- 1. Maximum occupancy per room depends on the room type.
- 2. Extra adult/child charges apply if the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy.
- 3. Children below the age of 05 years may stay free using existing bedding (if applicable).
5. Guest Conduct
- 1. Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully.
- 2. Damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest’s account.
- 3. Illegal activities, misconduct, or violation of hotel policies may lead to cancellation of stay without refund.
6. Pets & Smoking
- 1. Pets are not allowed.
- 2. Smoking is prohibited in all non-smoking rooms and designated areas. Penalties may apply
for violation.
7. Modification of Reservation
Any modification in dates, room type, or duration of stay is subject to availability and may result in a
change in price.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation terms vary based on the rate plan selected at the time of booking:
1. Standard Rate (Flexible)
- 1. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
- 2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will result in 1 night’s retention charge.
- 3. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
2. Non-Refundable Rate
- 1. Bookings under promotional or non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified.
- 2. No refund will be processed for no-shows, cancellations, or early departures.
3. Long-Stay / Group Bookings
- 1. Bookings for 5 or more rooms require a minimum 25–50% advance.
- 2. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival will attract 100% retention.
- 3. Customized group cancellation terms may apply as agreed in the contract.
4. Refunds
- 1. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- 2. Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
- 3. Transaction fees, processing charges, and taxes may be non-refundable.
8. Force Majeure
Voyager Hotels shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances
beyond control, including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions.
9. Limitation of Liability
- 1. Voyager Hotels is not liable for loss of valuables not declared and deposited at the front
desk.
- 2. The hotel is not responsible for service interruptions caused by external factors (power
failure, telecom issues, etc.).
10. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is used solely for reservation management and guest services. We do not
sell or misuse your data. For detailed information, refer to our Privacy Policy page.
11. Amendments
Voyager Hotels reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised policies
will be posted on the website.
